Simple Text Formatter in Perl

People get awfully fond of their favourite text editor and/or word processor. In fact some people get more fond of their word processor than than their dogs. And that's a big wrap from a dog owner. For those of you who still use vi, here is a simple text formatting script written in perl. It can be used to pretty up text as you type in elm (or mutt or pine). Or as you create HTML code for a webpage.
In summary, this utility allows me to cut HTML code with vi and make it more readable when viewed with a text editor. In fact I used it to format this HTML you are reading. It can also format plain text, and I use it to write e-mail in mutt. Usually I only call it from vi.
