Lindows, the anti-Windows, is a lot of work

Linux needs to be easier if we are ever to get from here to 'Linux Everywhere'.
Before attempting to install it, anyone who doesn't have at least an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering should consider the warning of Dante at the gates of hell: "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here."

So it was with enormous interest and anticipation that I followed over the last year the development of Lindows, which, as the name implies, is meant to be Linux for Everyone. It is supposed to bring Linux to people who are not technically savvy.
