Tutorial: Date, Time, and NTP

A tutorial on time using the date command with the TZ (timezone) environment variable for calculating times, easily in anytime zones, plus adjusting for daylight saving time (dst). Also included in this tutorial ntp setup, and a program "sunrise.c" for calculating Sunrise and Sunset times for a given latitude and longititude.
